CHRISTOPHE AUGÉ,

Pharmacien, MSc, PhD, FOPQ

I obtained my pharmacy and medicinal chemistry degrees in France before immigrating to Quebec in 2006 to join my wife, also a pharmacist, from Sherbrooke.
I obtained my practice licence and I have been practicing as a community pharmacist in the Sherbrooke area since 2010.

I have been teaching pharmacy students at the University of Montreal since the same year.

I am also deputy editor and head of column for the continuing education magazine for Quebec pharmacists (Québec Pharmacie).
Passionate about pharmacy, I received several awards, such as the teaching excellence award from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Montreal in 2013, the "Salaried Pharmacist of the Year" award in 2016 and the "Fellow "from the Orde des Pharmaciens du Québec in 2018.

I was president of the Professional Association of Salaried Pharmacists of Quebec before becoming co-owner of the Ascot Corner pharmacy: 5 minutes from Sherbrooke.
I am also the happy father of 3 girls and 1 boy of 10, 8, 5 years and 2 years.

Originally from Abitibi, I immigrated to Estrie in 2010. The region with which I fell in love.
I have been practicing pharmacy for almost 18 years, I still love my profession as much after all these years. I even add a specialized diploma in community pharmacy to my Baccalaureate.
I am the mother of two magnificent boys aged 11 and 15 and in a relationship with my husband for 19 years. I like to be involved as much in my children's activities as in my profession, I have given conferences to the general public for 17 years and I write pharmaceutical articles when I have the opportunity. I am happy to take up this new challenge represented by telepharmacy.
